We build everything before you have paid us a dollar, so the honest answer is that the risk sits with us, not with you. Whenever you go, the website, the domain, your Google Business Profile, your customer list and your reviews all go with you.
No. Unlimited calls and texts, with no per-minute billing and no overage charges, however busy the season gets. Every answering service on earth bills you by the minute and we do not, because charging you more in your busiest month is a strange way to say we are on your side.
It quotes from your playbook: your prices, your jobs, your service area. Anything it is not sure about, anything unusual and anything high-stakes gets pulled by a real person on our team before it ever reaches your customer. If a wrong number does get out, we bring it straight to you, you decide what you want to honour, and we are the ones who go back to the customer and sort it out. You are never the one making that phone call, and you are never told about it after the fact.

After your first year, we value the business on two axes: what it is worth in dollars, and how well it runs and grows without you glued to it. Then you decide what to do with it. There is no obligation to sell.
